Great spa resort with top-notch customer service! the location was ideal, with plenty of amenities nearby. the breakfast spread was divine and was a good way to start your day.

The rooms were outdated and had uncomfortable beds. the food was below average and served in small portions even though they were quite expensive.

Our Christmas in this spa city was overall enjoyable. We appreciated the convenient location for our trip, and found the natural surroundings picturesque. The atmosphere of the city is relaxing, and we enjoyed the thermal baths. the traditional Hungarian cuisine tasted delightful, especially the goulash soup and chimney cake.

Some aspects of our stay did not meet our expectations. The rooms were a bit outdated and did not provide the level of comfort we were hoping for.

In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. the view from our room was breathtaking, and we took advantage of the hotel facilities, which included a pool and a gym.

The restaurant was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. the meals were small and overpriced, which was a bit of a disappointment.
